It operates under Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment and under the law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment funds.

Luxcellence acts in particular in compliance with the requirements of CSSF Regulation N°10-4, CSSF Circular 18/698, 11/512, 13/559 and 02/77, and ESMA guidelines 10-788 and 2012/832 as well as with the requirements of the Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) N°231/2013.
